Current Projects

I'm in the middle of a few things.
  • Composing the music for GORMANZEE, one of three short plays by my sister Anna Moench that will be performed November 20-22 at Spoke The Hub. Gowanus, Brooklyn.
  • Writing/Recording a few demos of new Underfur songs to get a group together for New York performances.
  • Playing guitar for Skye Claire.
  • Going to audition for a New York Taiko group, Soh Daiko, in one hour!

First TAXI Forward

I joined TAXI last month. Basically you pay them to become a member and in return they tell you what companies (music libraries, record labels, publishers, etc.) are searching for what types of music, review music you submit to them, and forward suitable submissions on to those companies.

This week I got my first piece forwarded through! The listing called for instrumentals for a music studio that works on corporate documentaries for such clients as Adobe, Nikon, Wired and more. Its called "Greenland", You can check it out HERE. Hopefully they'll want to use it.
